Being the second most historic hotel in Banff, the rooms are equipped with all essential amenities, to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Choose from 6 style unit types:
Family Rooms: Our spacious Family Rooms feature one King and two Single beds with a private shower and bathtub combination. They are equipped with a coffee maker, cable TV, free wireless internet access, phones with free local calls, AC and radio alarm clocks. Iron and ironing board are available on demand. 
King Room or Queen Room with Pull Out Sofa Bed: Our spacious Pull-out Sofa rooms feature one King or Queen sized bed and a pull-out sofa with a private shower and bathtub combination. They are equipped with a coffee maker, cable TV, free wireless internet access, phones with free local calls, AC and radio alarm clocks. Iron and ironing board are available on demand. 
Standard Room with 2 Singles: Standard 2 Singles rooms feature two Single beds with a private shower and bathtub combination. They are equipped with a coffee maker, cable TV, free wireless internet access, phones with free local calls, AC and radio alarm clocks. Iron and ironing board are available on demand. 
Standard Room with 1 King sized bed or 1 Queen sized bed: Standard One King or Queen rooms feature one King or Queen-sized bed with a private shower and bathtub combination. They are equipped with a coffee maker, cable TV, free wireless internet access, phones with free local calls, AC and radio alarm clocks. Iron and ironing board are available on demand. 
Parking: Free parking or secured, heated underground parking (additional $5 per day) are available. Please come to the front desk to check-in and to get access to the underground parking. There is a 15 min loading zone on the side of the hotel on Caribou St. right out side the Maple Leaf Restaurant.
If you look at the Google Street view map below, you can see the loading zone to the right side of the corner as you are looking at it - just in front of the white van.
Other Services: There are an ATM and a currency exchange in the lobby. For guest use we have a microwave, an ice-machine and beverage-vending machine on the 3rd floor of the hotel.
Sorry we don't accept pets!!! Please visit www.petscanstay.com to find a hotel that accepts your beloved four-legged friends. Alternatively you can drop off your pet at Veronica's overnight boarding here in Banff.
Reservation policies: We ask for a credit card to guarantee
the reservation. We will take a preauthorization for 1 cent on the
card to make sure it is valid and not maxed out. We only charge
the credit card at check in. You can also choose to pay cash or
debit at check-in. You can cancel the room at no cost before 4pm
the day before arrival. For No-Shows, and late cancellation we
will charge one nights room and tax.
Should you not own a credit card we will accept a one-night room and tax prepayment via PayPal, E-mail Money Transfer (should you have a Canadian account) or via cheque (as long as we receive the cheque 2 weeks before check-in) in order to guarantee the reservation. To arrange for that please contact Torsten via email or phone.
In order to pay for another person with a credit card please fill in the credit card authorization form and fax it back together with a copy of your government ID (Passport, Driver's License, Identity Card) and front and back of the credit card to +1-403-985-3735.
