We ask for a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
We will take a preauthorization of up to the first 2 night of your stay. This is to ensure the credit card is valid, not maxed out and not stolen.
The actual charge will be upon arrival at the hotel. Alternatively, you can choose to pay cash, foreign exchange or debit.
Please be advised that should your credit card be declined we will not guarantee your reservation! Please provide us with detailed contact information just in case we need to get a hold of you.
You can cancel the room at no cost before 4PM two days before arrival.
For No-Shows and late cancellations we will charge up to the first two nights of your stay plus tax.
Should you not own a credit card we will accept an up to two night room and tax prepayment via PayPal, E-mail Money Transfer (should you have a Canadian account) or via cheque (as long as we receive the cheque 2 weeks before check-in) in order to guarantee the reservation. In order to pay for another person with a credit card please fill in the credit card authorization form and fax it back together with a copy of your government ID (Passport, Driver’s License, Identity Card) and front and back of the credit card to +1-403-985-3735.
